We offer FREE standard shipping on orders within Australia.

Products are shipped using Australia Post, and despatched within 3 business days of receiving the order. 

PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE CURRENTLY TAKING PRE-ORDERS FOR OCTOBER DELIVERY. ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM MONDAY 28TH AUGUST WILL SHIP IN EARLY OCTOBER.

We deliver our products internationally via Australia Post, with parcel tracking.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of your order, and delivery time is dependent on location.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, so please choose carefully and read our returns policy carefully.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Amici Collective will provide a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@amicicollective.com within 14 days of placing your order to request your return, and ensure that you return the item within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.

Please ensure that items are returned to us in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Any item that has been damaged or altered in any way will not be returnable.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping. The customer will also be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
